12 sentenced in Tioga County

WELLSBORO - Twelve people were sentenced recently in Tioga County Court.

According to court documents, five were sentenced to county prison. They were:

Philip R. Gee, 23, of 9 Gee Hollow Road, Lawrenceville, three to 23 months for theft and a $200 fine.

Desiree M. Schultz, 28, of 103 Liberty St., Blossburg, three to 23 months for institutional vandalism and a $100 fine.

Joseph L. Lyles, 25, of Pensacola, Fla., five years supervision for his second driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction in 10 years, with 90 days in jail, the last 30 days on house arrest, then probation and a $1,500 fine.

Derek S. Tuttle, 23, of Woodhull, N.Y., five years' supervision for receiving stolen property, with 60 days in jail, then probation, $1,185 restitution to Clyde Wells.

Raymond S. Tylicki, 40, of Solon, Ohio, 30 days for public drunkenness.

Sentenced to probation were:

Daniel K. Ronnebaum, 40, of Atchison, Kansas, 12 months' probation for fleeing a police officer and a $200 fine.

Heidi Cleveland, 19, no address provided, 18 months for forgery.

George T. Dyer, 24, of 15824 Route 287, Tioga, 12 months for disorderly conduct plus a $200 fine and $1,090 restitution to Hartman's Pub.

Daniel J. Delosa, 24, of 158 Summit St., Morris Run, nine months for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Sentenced to special probation for driving under the influence of intoxicants were:

Jose A. Ramirez, 21, of 22 Woodland Ave., Wellsboro, 12 months.

Charlene J. Miller, 61, of 1003 Broughton Hollow Road, Wellsboro, 12 months.

Jonathan D. Roy, 30, of West Monroe, La., nine months.
