Not all the city’s fault

August 10, 2012
Williamsport Sun-Gazette

Concerning the recent storms and flooding, it's not totally the city's fault. If residents would quit blowing and raking grass clippings and yard waste into the gutters/streets maybe the catch basins and storm drains wouldn't get clogged up.

The same thing happens during the winter when residents shovel snow into the streets.

Take responsibility for your actions and work with the city agencies to solve this problem.
