I was listening to our local radio talk-in program in the car the other morning and heard many people call in to say that Coach Paterno was given a raw deal by Penn State officials.
All those calls reminded me of something Robert McNamara said a dozen years ago in the documentary film the "Fog of War" about our governments involvement in Vietnam; he said, "We see what we want to believe and what we see and believe can be wrong"
