Brenda K. Cohick, 71, of Jersey Shore, passed away at the Williamsport Regional Medical Center on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012.
Brenda was born on April 17, 1941, in Linden, Pa. and was the daughter of Paul R. Cohick, of Nevada, and the late Wilma (Smith) Cohick Fuller.
Brenda was a member of the Salladasburg United Methodist Church. She worked for Shop-Vac for 34 years and retired in 2004. Brenda's true passion was her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved all types of music. Her favorite color was yellow and she enjoyed the company of her cat Oliver.
Brenda also had a mechanical mind and enjoyed fixing and repairing household items.
She is survived by a daughter, Melanie A. (Mark) Hall, of Linden; two brothers, P. Richard Cohick, of Morris, Pa., and Gary L. Fuller, of Antes Fort, Pa.; four sisters, Jane Lucas and Norma Flook, both of Jersey Shore, Sandra Boatman, of Conway, S.C., and Bonnie Wagner, of Lock Haven; three granddaughters; and two great-granddaughters.
Brenda is predeceased by her mother and a brother Ronald C. Cohick in 2008.
With respect for Brenda's wishes, funeral services will be private. Pastor Kevin E. Brophy will officiate the private service and interment at the Salladasburg Cemetery.
