Couple accused of furnishing girl's underage drinking party
MANSFIELD - A husband and wife were charged with furnishing their daughter's underage drinking party with alcohol after a neighbor turned them in.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, John D., 41, and Annette D. Arzberger, 40, of 19723 Route 6, Mainesburg, were charged with furnishing beer to minors at an underage drinking party at their residence for their daughter on Aug. 4.
They each were issued a summons for an Aug. 29 preliminary hearing.
Man allegedly steals TV?set
MANSFIELD - Jamie Lee Nagy, 30, of 431 Scenic View Drive, Tioga, was charged by state police with burglary, criminal trespass and theft recently for taking a television set from the Tioga Boar Preserve, 1552 Mann Hill Road, Tioga Township.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, Nagy went into the preserve July 19 and took a 36-inch TV valued at $700 and belonging to Mark T. Gee. He was jailed in lieu of $5,000 and waived his July 25 preliminary hearing.
