Roger R. Herriman Sr., 59, died Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012, at his home. Born May 15, 1953, in Muncy, he was the son of Barbara (Kile) Herriman Roupp of Canton and the son of the late Carl R. Herriman and stepson of the late Max Roupp.
Surviving, besides his mother, is his wife of 41 years, Shirley K. (Walburn) Herriman; three sons, Roger R. Jr. (Tracie) of Watsontown, Shannon R. (Nicole) and Jason "Jake" B. Herriman, all of Turbotville; nine grandchildren; a sister, Debra A. (David) Richart of Canton; and his father-in-law, Howard Walburn, Turbotville.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Brooks Funeral Home, 207 Broadway St., Turbotville, where the funeral will be held Monday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Franklin "Stone Heap" Cemetery. The family suggests contributions in his memory be made to Susquehanna Health Cancer Treatment Center, 1100 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport, PA 17701.
