Earl W. Hathcock, of Hillsboro, N.H., formerly of Montoursville, passed away Aug. 13, 2012.
Surviving are his wife, Janet; two daughters, Juanita Bergman of Fla., and Monica Sue Hathcock of Pa.; and a son, Joshua of Tenn.; two sisters, Donna (Dennis) Stanford of Paw Paw, Mich., Kay Lynn Shipton of Hughesville; and a brother, David (Kathy) Shipton of Montoursville.
Earl was predeceased by his mother, Dorothy Shipton Plank, in November 2010 and his stepfather, Harry V. Shipton, in 1981.
The funeral will be held Friday at 3:15 p.m. at the Holt Woodbury Funeral Home, Hillsboro, burial will follow at the Harvey Cemetery in the Upper Village.
