ELKLAND - Andrew C. Gibson, 34, of Lawrenceville, was charged by Lawrenceville police with harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct recently.
According to documents filed at District Judge Brian Edgcomb's office, Gibson was at the residence of Keriane Mosher, 48 Mechanic St., Apt. 3, Aug. 10 and was extremely intoxicated, and trying to gain access to the residence after she had repeatedly asked him to leave when she finally called police. He was released on $7,500 bail and had a Thursday preliminary hearing.
