MANSFIELD - Jessica M. Tavel, 30, of 206 Main St., Blossburg, was charged recently by state police with theft after surveillance video at the Richmond Township Wal-Mart allegedly caught her stealing from a cash register while she worked there.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, Tavel took $450 from the cash register July 8.
She waived her preliminary hearing Wednesday and her county court arraignment was set for Sept. 17.
