Vonda Mosseaux Redmond

Vonda Mosseaux Redmond was born Jan. 25, 1934, in Williamsport, and died Aug. 13, 2012, in Aurora, Colo.

"Bo" graduated from Williamsport High School in 1951. She later graduated from nursing school and loved her work as a labor and delivery nurse. She married her high school sweetheart Jim in 1951. They had three children, Jim Jr., Kim and Tim. The family eventually settled in Aurora, Colo., where she took up ceramics as a hobby and a business. She became quite the artist and handcrafted magnificent masterpieces.

After retirement, Bo and Jim were able to travel extensively, visiting all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia and ten foreign countries. She also continued to spend time with her family, getting together for game nights, family and holiday dinners. As the family grew with grandchildren and great-grand- children, she and Jim took pleasure in each new addition. Remembering her in life knowing that she had an exceptionally good one to celebrate.

She is survived by her husband, Jim; sisters, Dona, Kate and Fan and their families; daughter, Kim and son, Tim and their spouses. She was also loved and adored by her six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Bo was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest and Dorothy Mosseaux, and her eldest son, Jimmy and Jimmy's wife, Lisa.
