Announcement has been made of the engagement of Kelsey Zeigler, DuBoistown, and Paul Beard, McGuire Air Force Base, N.J.
A Dec. 29 wedding at St. Lawrence Church, South Williamsport, is being planned.
Zeigler is the daughter of Lori and Dave Zeigler, DuBoistown. She graduated from South Williamsport Area High School in 2010 and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
