Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 42 people in county court.
Four people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Rickie R. Johnson, 25, Philadelphia, three to six years for possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility.
Ralph M. Thomas, 56, Lycoming County Prison, six to 12 months, credit for time served for disorderly conduct.
Louis T. Mercantino, 28, 415 S. Main St., Hughesville, one to two years, credit for time served, two years probation for access device fraud.
William Christopher Latham, 45, Houston, Texas, four years, four months probation, $1,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Three people were sentenced to county prison. They were:
Lareta E. Sandler, 61, 117 Guinter Ave., one to two months, credit for time served, 30 days probation for simple assault.
Ira E. Beaghley, 35, 319 Louisa St., 60 days to four months, credit for time served, $500, for protection from abuse order contempt.
Dennis Whipple, 30, 811 Penn St., 12 months minus one day to 24 months minus one day, 12 months probation, 50 hours community service for criminal attempt sale or transfer of firearm.
Sixteen people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Mark R. Thompson, 54, no addresses given, 12 months, 30 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, credit for time served for protection from abuse order contempt.
George W. McKay, 62, 723 High St., 36 months, 30 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service for bad checks.
Deanna J. Barto, 29, 867 Snaurytown Road, Montgomery, five years, 90 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Scott Mach, 46, 2319 Marydale Ave., 12 months, 63 days LCP/PRC, $2,000, 75 hours community service for DUI.
Robert T. Moore, 49, 2045 Pine Run Road, Hughesville, six months, 72 hours LCP/PRC, $5,000 for unlawful killing of big game, DUI and hunting DUI.
Austin L. Taylor, 23, 1230 Park Ave., six months, 72 hours LCP/PRC, $1,000 for DUI.
Adam Verano, 26, 661 Yeagle Road, Montoursville, 36 months, six months LCP/PRC, 24 months probation, 50 hours community service for criminal trespass and loitering.
James E. Sherwood, 52, 135 Rader Ave., Cogan Station, five years, 90 days LCP/PRC, credit for time served, $1,500 for DUI.
Joseph L. Moore, 45, 9 E. Penn St., Muncy, six months, 30 days LCP/PRC, $750, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Colin Forsha, 20, 1 Aston Circle, Montoursville, eight years, nine months LCP/PRC, credit for time served, 300 hours community service for theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.
Nathan A. McMullen, 32, 634 Dusty Lane, Cogan Station, six months, 14 days LCP/PRC, $2,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Jose Michael Marshall, 19, 813 Diamond St., 117 days to four years for retail theft.
Traci McCarty, 22, 5272 Beaver Lake Road, Hughesville, five years, 90 days LCP/PRC, $1,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Thomas J. Sellinger, 41, 12506 Route 287, five years, 90 days LCP/PRC, $1,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Meredith Ann Robinson, 31, Lock Haven, six months, 30 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Edwin Ray Beeman, 51, 1009 Calvert Ave., 12 months, 180 days LCP/PRC, credit for time served, $2,000, 75 hours community service for DUI.
Eight people were sentenced to probation. They were:

Tyler J. Ranck, 23, 32 Pheasant Lane, Cogan Station, 24 months, 200 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Jodi L. Englehart, 41, 1640 Sherman St., 24 months, 75 hours community service for retail theft.
Jaden S. Moore, 20, 1035 Mulberry St., 36 months, 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
James R. Miller Jr., 32, 721 E. Mountain Ave., South Williamsport, 12 months, 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct.
Michael W. Marcusky, 50, 900 Spook Hollow Road, Cogan Station, 12 months for disorderly conduct.
Danielle M. Ward, 25, 500 High St., Jersey Shore, six months, $250 for unsworn falsification and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Justin J. Henry, 24, 5920 N. Route 44, Jersey Shore, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia.
