Lycoming County television

August 22, 2012
Williamsport Sun-Gazette

It was great to read that the Lycoming County Commissioners, Williamsport-Lycoming Chamber of Commerce, and Comcast Channel 75 agreed to broadcast local tourism opportunities, special events, and emergency information along with City Council meetings.

It would also be exciting if LCAT would broadcast local news and weather information.

The current stations from Wilkes-Barre and Scranton keep us well informed with what is happening in their local areas, but we do not receive a lot of information about the Williamsport area.

It would even be enjoyable to view more local business advertisements from our local municipalities.
