8 sentenced in Tioga County Court

WELLSBORO Eight people were sentenced Monday in Tioga County Court.

According to court documents, sentenced to county prison were:

Gene W. Webster, 29, of 1550 Cherry Flats Road, Wellsboro, two to six months for driving under the influence of intoxicants and a $1,000 fine.

For a second drunken driving charge, two to six months consecutive to the first sentence and another $1,000 fine.

Daniel J.K. Paxson, 22, of 11 Cowanesque St., Tioga, five years intermediate punishment for possession of a controlled substance, with six months in jail, and a $150 fine.

Zachary J. Lynch, 31, of Ridgway, five years supervision for driving under the influence of intoxicants with 90 days in Elk County Prison and a $1,500 fine.

Sentenced to house arrest was:

Troy T. Heck, 22, of Tioga, six months intermediate punishment for driving under the influence of intoxicants, with 72 hours on house arrest, a $1,000 fine and $371 for drug analysis.

Stephen R. Riley, 52, of Titusville, 12 months special probation for drunken driving.

Sentenced to probation was:

Amber L. Smith, 32, of 79 Triple D. Lane, Covington, 12 months for furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Sentenced to special probation were:

Dennis J. Atkinson, 57, of 885 Blockhouse Road, Trout Run, 12 months for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Sean L. Quori, 26, of 24 Fawn Lane, Lot 16, Tioga, nine months for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
