MANSFIELD - Three people were charged recently with driving under the influence of intoxicants.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, they are:
Cary R. McNeely, 25, of Douglassville, charged by Mansfield police following a traffic stop on South Main Street on Aug. 17. He was released on $5,000 bail, and his preliminary hearing set for Sept. 5.
Frederick W. Stephens, Jr., 30, of 568 Elkhorn Creek Road, Tioga, charged by state police following a traffic stop on Route 287, Tioga Township, on July 21. He was issued a summons to appear.
Juan J. Deleon, 27, of Houston, Texas, charged by state police after he crashed his car on Route 15, Tioga Township, Aug. 19. He was committed in lieu of $2,500 bail, waived his preliminary hearing and his county court arraignment set for Sept. 24.
