MANSFIELD - Bryce D. Beers, 21, of 55 N. Main St., Apt. 1, was charged with access device fraud and theft recently after state police say he used a car wash key at Butters Car Wash belonging to his ex-employer.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, Beers used the key, valued at $75, to obtain 55 car washes valued at $593 at the Richmond Township business between Dec. 21 and April 12, after he had been terminated from his position at Energy Worx LLC. He was issued a summons for a Sept. 5 preliminary hearing.
