MANSFIELD - Storm D. Eoute, 20, of 301 Elm St., Jersey Shore, was charged by state police with possession of drug paraphernalia recently.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, Eoute crashed his car on Blockhouse Road, Liberty, Aug. 10, and police said they found a glass pipe containing suspected marijuana residue and a homemade smoking device with suspected drug residue. He was issued a summons for a Sept. 5 preliminary hearing.
