The Williamsport Crosscutters used back-to-back three-run innings early to pull ahead of the?Jamestown?Jammers on Wednesday en route to a 10-6 win.
Roman Quinn came through for the Crosscutters in the second inning with a two-RBI single into right field. Larry Greene scored the first run of the inning after being walked in.
In the third, it was a Chace Numata two-RBI double into right field to cap another three-run inning, putting Williamsport ahead, 7-3.
Cameron?Perkins singled for Williamsport in the eight inning, which brought Juancito Martinez home for the Cutters' final run.
Josh Warner, Luis Gonzalez and Chris Nichols combined on the mound, giving up 12 Jamestown hits, including three doubles.
Williamsport plays the Jammers again tonight.
