Williamsport Sun-Gazette

Anthony E. Davidson, 27, of 385 Front St., Linden, was sentenced to three to 10 years in state prison by Lycoming County Judge Richard A. Gray Tuesday.

Davidson was sentenced on delivery of controlled substance charges from selling drugs to an undercover informant multiple times around mid-April of 2010.

Police raided his home May 11, 2010, after the informant bought 10 bags of heroin.

Davidson will receive credit for time served from May 11, 2010, to Jan. 20, 2011, and from Jan. 7 to Aug. 20, according to court information.

Also sentenced by Gray on Wednesday was Raymond W. Riley, 39, of 112 Kendall Ave, Jersey Shore, on criminal conspiracy to deliver controlled substances. Riley was sentenced to two to four years in state prison, but is eligible for an 18 month minimum sentence.

Riley and accomplice Jacqueline Renee Brookens conspired to sell cocaine to an undercover informant on three occasions in the Jersey Shore area in August 2009, according to police.
