Speaking as a former elected Lycoming County Jury Commissioner I understand some of the pros and cons dealing with that office. I am someone who tries to keep up on legislation and so I must have missed something.
What law exists that allows one set of elected officials to abolish the offices of another set of elected officials?
Can someone help me out?
Seriously, I just want to know.
If such a law exists I can probably brainstorm and come up with lots of elected offices we could do without in the name of saving taxpayers money.
