Since I retired as a Williamsport Police Officer in 1996, I had the opportunity to become a Court Security Officer for the United States Court's Middle District of Pennsylvania in 2002.
I transferred to Harrisburg in June of 2003 to continue as a Court Security Officer.
In June 2011 I had the pleasure of returning to Williamsport as the Lead Court Security Officer at the Federal Building on West Third St.
This gave me the chance to view the massive changes in Williamsport and I can only say that after spending 20-plus year's patrolling the streets of Williamsport, I can only say wow! and thank all for their extreme efforts to put Williamsport back on track with the fantastic expansions and planning for a better and stronger community.
