Ecumenical luncheon

United Churches Wednesday noon ecumenical lunches are held each week of the school year at Pine Street United Methodist Church, 441 Pine St. Lunches will resume Sept. 12 with a presentation about the school of nursing program that had been at the Williamsport Hospital for many years.

Devotion line

The United Churches telephone devotion line is available 24 hours a day by calling 322-5762. The devotionalist next week will be Pastors Jim and Kathy Behrens. Kathy Behrens is part of the Mill Creek-Wallis Run United Methodist Charge. James Behrens is part of the Picture Rocks United Methodist Charge.
