Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 19 people in county court.
Five people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Raymond W. Riley, 39, 112 Kendal Ave., Jersey Shore, 18 to 36 months, credit for time served, for criminal conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance.
Anthony E. Davidson, 29, 385 Front St., Linden, three to 10 years, credit for time served, for delivery of controlled substance.
Patrick M. Dowling, 26, 5049 Warrensville Road, Montoursville, nine to 18 months for receiving stolen property.
Malinda M. White, 41, SCI Muncy, 18 to 36 months for retail theft.
Donald K. Rickard, 52, 5603 Route 287, Jersey Shore, 12 months, $3,500 for DUI.
Five people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Jameeria M. Williams, 20, 1112 W. Fourth St., Apt. 3, 18 months for retail theft.
Kadijah Sabur, 28, 610 Lycoming St., six months for disorderly conduct and harassment.
James W. Irvin, 31, 123 Marker Drive, Montoursville, five years, 50 hours community service for endangering the welfare of children.
Skyler Andrews, 21, no address listed, 12 months for possession of controlled substance.
Daphierre B. Grayes, 23, 825 Park Ave, six months, 75 hours community service for false identification.
Nine people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
Allison Marie Luse, 26, 70 Trevmor Drive, Apt. 5, Muncy, for DUI.
James Michael Gehret, 25, 44 Overhill Road, for DUI.
Adrienne E. Rothrock, 20, 1023 Beech Nut Parkway, for DUI.
Courtney Grace Grogaard, 22, 133 Charles St., Montoursville, for DUI.
Randy S. Reaser, 45, 2673 Bubb St., DuBoistown, for DUI.
Troy W. Westlake, 21, Millerton, for DUI.
Quentin E. Cummings, 30, Kennesaw, Ga., for DUI.
Christopher C. Golder, 18, 141 Heatherbrooke Estates, Muncy, for theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.
Kareem-Lamar-Bennett Bailey, 23, 322 Campbell St., for DUI.
