Announcement has been made of the engagement of Anke Motzigemba, Leipzig, Germany, and Justin James Fetter, Williamsport.
A spring 2013 wedding in Williamsport is being planned.
Motzigemba is the daughter of Carola and Roland Motzigemba, Leipzig. She graduated from Max-Klinger High School, Leipzig, in 2003 and received a degree in business administration with focus on tourism management from University of Applied Science BraunschweigWolfenbuttel in 2008. She is employed by Tour Operator, Quito, Ecuador, as an incoming manager.

Fetter is the son of Ophelia and James Fetter, Williamsport. He graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1997 and received a degree in management of technical operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Fla., in 2001. He is employed by Muncy Machine and Tool Co. Inc., Turbotville, as vice president.
