PICTURE ROCKS - William Samuel Jones, 61, of 948 Myers Road, Penn Township, will face further court action after a district judge held him on state police charges of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault.
At Jones' hearing at the office of District Judge Jon E. Kemp, police withdrew charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and sexual assault.
The charges stem from a woman who claims Jones allegedly assaulted her in Penn Township in mid-June, police said. He remains free on $50,000 bail.
