Nancy C. Reynolds, 69, of 2856 Bottle Run Road, has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting for allegedly attempting to flee Kohl's, 251 William St., with $860 worth of merchandise on June 5, city police said. She was recently arraigned before District Judge Allen P. Page III and released on bail.
