City police opted to withdraw all charges against Ataa Marzuwq-ab Coleman, of 1245 Freed Place, stemming from his alleged involvement in two drugs sales. One sale involved 10 bags of heroin to an informant in the first block of Maynard Street on April 14 and another involved crack cocaine to an informant in the 1800 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on March 21.
