Bucknell's Amie Pritchard scored in the 47th minute to help the Bison top Lock Haven, 3-1, in college field hockey on Sunday. Pritchard was one of three Bison players to score, joining Rachel Misko and Kiersten Snydor. Nikki Weaknecht scored for Lock Haven.
Mansfield scored four second-half goals to take control of a game with Southern Connecticut State and win, 7-2. Brianna Velepec, Taryn Schawillie and Kristyn Grunza each scored a pair of goals for Mansfield.
Bucknell men's soccer rallied to punch in an 80th-minute, game-tying goal, but couldn't keep the momentum going as it fell to Florida Gulf Coast, 2-1, in overtime. Joe Meyer, from a Jermaine Jerrett feed, leveled the score with just minutes left to force overtime.
Bucknell's women captured a, 3-0, win over St. Bonaventure despite being outshot, 20-8. Liz Dwornik tallied two goals for the Bison. Cassie Denger and Yee Kayla assited on Dwornik's first goal and Courtney Nelson rounded out the scoring with a second half goal.
Bucknell managed to secure its second win of the season in men's water polo as it defeated Iona, 14-12, Sunday.
