Tramane W. Moore, 23, of 802 Hepburn St., has been arrested on charges of allegedly stealing from two cars parked in the 300 block of Elmira Street on July 31, city police said.
Moore is accused of taking a wallet with $13 in it from Miranda Mistretta's vehicle and taking loose change from Taran Stroup's car, police aid.
Already on probation for shoplifting, Moore, initially jailed on a probation violation, was arraigned before District Allen P. Page III on Aug. 14 on two counts of theft from a motor vehicle and recommitted in lieu of $2,500 bail.
