Whitney Marie Dyroff, 24, 335 Washington Ave., Jersey Shore, has been charged with misdemeanor shoplifting after she was caught attempted to steal $75 worth of merchandise from Kmart, 1915 E. Third St., on June 15, state police alleged in court papers. It is her second such offense.
Following her arraignment before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, Dyroff was released on $2,500 bail.
