Jonathan Paul Rachel, of 2898 Euclid Ave., DuBoistown, has been charged by state police with agricultural vandalism and criminal mischief for allegedly driving his vehicle through numerous cornfields along River Road in Susquehanna Township on June 24, state police said.
A total of $4,500 damage was done to the crops, police said. Rachel has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge James H. Sortman.
