Guilty plea for disorderly conduct

In a plea agreement before District Judge James Carn, Yamir Smith, 21, of 326 Bridge St., pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after city police withdrew charges of gambling and conspiracy.

The charges stem from an incident in the 700 block of West Fourth Street on July 17. Jailed in the Lycoming County Prison on the charges since mid-August, Smith was given credit for time served and released.
