Paul Daniel Lowmiller, 22, of 137 Chadless Drive, Armstrong Township, was arrested Tuesday on charges of allegedly molesting a 14-year-old girl during the summer of 2009 on Park Avenue in the city, city police said.
Already in jail on a probation violation, Lowmiller was arraigned before District Judge James Carn on charges of statutory sexual assault, indecent assault and corrupting the morals of a minor. He was recommitted to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $18,500 bail.
