In a plea agreement before District Judge James Carn, Alfred Taylor, 54, of 951 Second St., pleaded guilty Tuesday to disorderly conduct after city police agreed to withdraw a charge of prostitution.
The charges stem from an incident in the 100 block of Maynard Street on July 17. Taylor made arrangements to pay $310 in fines and court costs.
