MANSFIELD - Seven people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants recently. According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office and District Judge Rob Repard's office, they are:
Justin G. Bradley, 20, of 2453 Old State Road, Troy, by state police on Route 15 in Covington Township on June 14; also charged with underage drinking after he crashed his car. He was released on $2,500 bail and waived his preliminary hearing, and his county court arraignment was set for Sept. 24.
Brittney L. Dieffenbach, 26, of 746 Canada Road, Covington, charged by Blossburg police following a traffic stop on North Williamson Road on June 25. She was released on $2,500 bail and waived her preliminary hearing, and her county court arraignment was set for Sept. 24.
Anthony J. Bonelli, 63, of 8778 Route 414, Liberty, charged by Blossburg police following a traffic stop on Bloss Mountain Road on June 29. He was issued a summons to appear.
James B. Haynes, 25, of 73 Pearl St., Wellsboro, charged by borough police following a traffic stop on Pearl Street on Aug. 21. He was issued a summons to appear.
Robert A. Graham, 45, of 81 Central Ave., Wellsboro, by borough police following a traffic stop on Main Street on Aug. 25. He was issued a summons to appear.
Cassie R. Chase, 21, of 116 Morris St., Blossburg, charged by Wellsboro police following a traffic stop on Route 287 on Aug. 17. She was issued a summons to appear.
Kyle L. Wilcox, 19, of 19 Sherman Lane, Wellsboro, charged by borough police after he crashed his car on Bryden Street on Aug. 20. He also was charged with underage drinking and was issued a summons to appear.
