Man charged after allegedly exposing himself at work
WELLSBORO - Richard N. Fox, 34, of 120 Morris St., Blossburg, was charged by state police with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and open lewdness following an incident at Truck-Lite in Charleston Township on Aug. 21.
According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard's office, co-workers saw Fox sitting in his chair with his hand on his exposed penis. Co-workers said they had seen Fox with his hand down his pants several times in the past.
He was issued a summons to appear at an Oct. 2 preliminary hearing.
20-year-old man accused of stealing woman's medication
WELLSBORO - Christopher J. Miller, 20, of 23 Austin St., was charged by borough police with burglary and theft after he allegedly took clonazepam medication from the bedroom of a borough resident on July 25.
According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard's office, Miller took the pills from Christina Erhart's bedroom at her residence at 21 Austin St. On July 26, Erhart said she noticed only eight pills were left, after she had used 10 pills herself from a 60-pill prescription.
Miller told a friend about what he had done, and the friend called police, according to court records.
Miller was issued a summons to appear and waived his preliminary hearing. His county court arraignment is set for Sept. 17.
Man charged with possession of pot, harassment
WELLSBORO - Robert L. Davis, 50, of 34 B St., Antrim, was charged by state police with harassment and possession of marijuana following a domestic incident at his residence in Duncan Township on Aug. 18.
According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard's office, police were dispatched to the residence following a dispute with Sheila M. Crawford, of the same address, that became physical. Police seized the marijuana from Davis' truck, which was unlocked in the driveway.
He was issued a summons to appear at an Oct. 2 preliminary hearing.
