Jerome Donald Green, 49, of 505 Park Ave.; city police; possession with intent to deliver and delivery of four oxycodone at Walnut and Grace streets about 5:15 p.m. Friday; jailed in lieu of bail.
Shynell Isacc Walker, 30, of 1270 Vine Ave.; city police; possession with intent to deliver 10 bags of heroin, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of West Fourth Street on Aug. 14; jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
Kalief Bradshaw, 24, of Harrisburg; city police; possession with intent to deliver heroin and 48 bags of crack cocaine, delivery of heroin, possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia at Fifth and Park avenues on Aug. 11; jailed in lieu of $75,000 bail.
Bysil S. Young, 26, of 420 Wilson St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver 34 bags of heroin, possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of Hepburn Street on Aug. 10; jailed in lieu of $35,000 bail.
Brian Matthew McKenzie, 30, of 983 Rock Run Road, Cogan Station; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia at Lycoming Creek and Heshbon roads on Aug. 5; released on $7,500 bail.
Michael Kelly, 18, of Philadelphia; city police; possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia; allegedly delivered two grams of marijuana to a 16-year-old boy for $10 in the 1000 block of High Street on Aug 3; jailed in lieu of $28,500 bail.
Keith O. Anderson, 19, of 744 Park Ave.; city police; possession of 34 packets of heroin in the 300 block of Bridge Street; arraigned on July 27 and jailed in lieu of $35,000 bail.
Dustin K. Maneval, 26, of 1531 Fox Hollow Road; city police police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of West Fourth Street on July 17; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Stacey T. Cooley, 19, of Harrisburg; city police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Walnut and Lycoming streets on July 13; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Shareef Christian Thompson, 20, of 619 Second St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, corrupting the morals of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia at Walnut and Lycoming streets on July 13; jailed in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Juan Nabor Garza Jr., 18, of 942 Sheridan St.; Old Lycoming Township police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the 2000 block of Lycoming Creek Road on July 1; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.

Harry Lewis Wilton, 49, of 1927 Blaine St.; County Det. Kenneth L. Mains; possession of marijuana at the Lycoming County Prison, where he was committed on a bench warrant on May 18; since released on $2,500 bail.
Nicholas C. Loftus, 20, of Hartsville; DuBoistown police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at Brook and Arch streets on May 13.
George A. Minnick, 30, of 924 Cherry St.; city police; two counts each of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia for separate incidents: one in the 700 block of West Fourth Street on Dec. 28 and another in 1000 block of High Street on April 1; released on $7,000 bail.
Shawn Graham, 28, of 921 Clark St.; city police; possession of two alprazolam and drug paraphernalia in the 700 block of West Fourth Street on Dec. 28; released on $3,500 bail.
