Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 35 people in county court.
Five people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Samual J. Saldivar, 30, 77 Eldred St., Apt. 3, two to four years for delivery of controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver.
Theresa R. Bayit, 47, 326 Bridge St., Apt. 8, nine to 24 months, 36 months probation, credit for time served for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Robert W. Conway, 28, 190 Slacks Run Road, Trout Run, two to four years, credit for time served for failure to register.
Steven E. Lopez-Temple, 25, 650 Fourth Ave., nine to 18 months, credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver and possession of controlled substance.
Christopher Mullen, 27, Lycoming County Prison, 41 to 82 months, 12 months state probation for contraband by inmate, possession of controlled substance, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and tampering or fabricating physical evidence.
Three people were sentenced to county prison. They were:
Jolene D. Stahl, 30, 791 Sagers Station Road, Montgomery, four to 24 months minus one day, credit for time served, 24 months probation for possession of liquid ammonia gas and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Samuel J. Bozochovic, 31, 961 Franklin St., three to 12 months, 50 hours community service for theft from a motor vehicle.
William H. Weikle, 35, 518 Steven St., 60 days, $500 for false identification and driving under suspension.
Thirteen people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Sherry A. McKinney, 47, 1007 Winner Road, six months, 48 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
James J. Johnston, 29, 2021 Wheatland Ave., six months, 48 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Lee J. Letourneau, 27, 1019 Main St., South Williamsport, six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center for DUI.
Marsha Ann Hugo, 36, 179 Old Cement Road, Lot B3, Montoursville, six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 24 months probation for DUI and resisting arrest.
Charles W. Rogers III, 39, 1720 Kellyburg Road, Trout Run, five years, 120 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
James C. Lee, 29, 643 Elmira St., five years for arson.
Susan J. Williams, 44, Lycoming County Prison, 36 months, 30 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, credit for time served, 50 hours community service for theft by unlawful taking.
Benjamin A. Saar, 19, 218 Glover St., Jersey Shore, six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,200, 50 hours community service for DUI, underage drinking and driving under suspension.
Wesley N. Potts, 22, 1735 Four Mile Drive, Apt. 1, six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Eugene Carrion, 34, 348 Curtin St., South Williamsport, six months, 48 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI and driving without a license.
Amanda M. Applegate, 24, Jackson, N.J., six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Paul E. Bachman, 65, Selinsgrove, six months, 30 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $750, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Edwin R. Beeman, 51, 1009 Calvert Ave., six months, 90 days Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 50 hours community service, 36 months probation for DUI and terroristic threats.
Seven people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Travis S. Patts, 20, 759 Ganderback Road, Hughesville, 12 months for criminal trespass.
William C. Reighard Jr., 50, 1341 E. Third St., six months, $300 for DUI.
Deborah L. Stine, 48, 323 Brandon Ave., 12 months, 50 hours community service for violation of public welfare code.
Terell A. Oliver 28, 1001 Cherry St., 36 months, 50 hours community service for access device fraud.
Michael J. Clark, 58, 345 Maxwell Place, 14 months for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass.
David Beamer, 53, 609 Sixth Ave., six months, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Jada M. Ferguson, 25, Milesburg, 12 months, 50 hours community service for possession of controlled substance.
Six people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:

David G. Schuman, 34, 451 George St., South Williamsport, for DUI.
Julianne E. Miller, 45, 136 Baier Lane, South Williamsport, for DUI.

Amy Elizabeth Ireson, 21, Canonsburg, for DUI.
Richard D. Lightbourne, 66, 2920 Heshbon Road, for DUI.
One person was approved for probation without verdict. He was:
