Women's club to hold fall brunch
The Christian Women's Club of Williamsport, affiliated with Stonecroft Ministries, will hold it's fall brunch from 9 to 11 a.m, on Sept. 20 at the Community Baptist Church, 1853 State Route 87 N., Montoursville.

Masonic Lodge to hold pig roast
WATSONTOWN - The Watsontown Masonic Lodge 401 will hold its annual Pig Roast and Car and Bike show from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Masonic Pavilion along Eighth St. Drive.
A breakfast buffet will be served from 8 to 11 a.m. and lunch buffet will be served from noon to 3 p.m.
Awards will be handed out at 4 p.m. and the event will feature live entertainment throughout the day. Tickets may be purchased at the Country Tavern in Middleburg, the Watson Inn, Our Town Barbershop, Bee Cee Hardware or by calling 713-7213 or 538-1620.
Buffalo Valley Singers to hold rehearsals
LEWISBURG - Buffalo Valley Singers invites all who enjoy choral singing to join for the 2012 Christmas concert season by attending weekly Monday rehearsals starting at 7 p.m. Sept. 17 at St. John's United Church of Christ, 1050 Buffalo Road, Lewisburg. No auditions are necessary, and there is a $10 annual membership fee.
