Thomas A. Dalton, 60, of South Williamsport, Pa., died Friday Sept. 7, 2012, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pa.
Tom was born in Johnstown, Pa., on Aug. 1, 1952, a son of Martin James and Pauline Martha Diamond Dalton.
Tom was employed by Nittany Oil, formerly Pickelner's, as an HVAC service technician.

VETERAN
He was a U.S. Army veteran, and a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Lodge 970 and the Young Men's Democratic Club. Tom enjoyed golfing, fishing and was very mechanically inclined. As a people person, he would always stop to talk and was eager to help people fix whatever was broken.
Surviving are his wife of 36 years, the former Kimberly D. Miller; a daughter, Nichole E. Dalton of South Williamsport; a granddaughter, Sierra N. Dalton; five brothers, William J., John L., Paul E. all of Clymer, Pa., Russell O. of Fla., and Rich M. Dalton of Jersey Shore, Pa.
A brother, Martin J. Dalton Jr., preceded him in death.
A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2012, at Pine Run United Methodist Church, 1719 Pine Run Road, Linden, Pa.
The family will receive friends in the church hall immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions in Tom's name may be made to the Lycoming County S.P.C.A., 2805 Reach Road, Williamsport, PA 17701.
