Robert H. Vought Jr., 52, of 554 Quaker State Road, Montoursville, passed away Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at his home.
He was born Oct. 31, 1959, in Williamsport, a son of Robert H. Sr. and Dorothy M. Hudson Vought.
Robert worked for Transco Railway Products and was a member of the Eagles No. 970. He enjoyed music and was an avid drum player.

He was predeceased by his father, mother and stepfather, Charles E. Vought.
Robert is survived by his companion, Deb Miller; a son, Robert H. Vought III of Cowlesville, N.Y.; a daughter, Candice Vought of Cowlesville, N.Y.; a stepson, Edward C. Rice II of Montoursville; a stepdaughter, Mandy Shortall of South Carolina; two grandchildren, Ryan and Adam; and a special nephew, David A. Prentiss.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date and burial will be in Twin Hills Memorial Park at the convenience of the family.
