MANSFIELD - Two people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants recently.
According to documents filed at District Judge James Carlson's office, they are:
Kevin D. Starks, Jr., 21, of 124 N. Academy St., Mansfield, charged by Blossburg police following a traffic stop on Reese Lane Aug. 26. He was released in lieu of $2,500 bail and waived his preliminary hearing.
Jeffrey J. Oakes, 21, of 403 Aumick Road, Mansfield, charged by state police after he crashed his car on Route 6, June 23.
He was issued a summons to appear at a Sept. 26 preliminary hearing.
