PENNSDALE - With both the Muncy Township supervisors and the planning commission missing members, two of the three property changes received recommendations at Wednesday night's meeting, while another was tabled until more information can be found and more people can hear about it to make a decision.
A single-lot subdivision plan for Gleason Irrevocable Trust was tabled, while both the planning commission and the supervisors approved a subdivision to return two acres previously removed from a Turkey Run properties lot.
Calling it a "hole in the donut," Chairman Paul Wentzler said the land was enclosed in the property but removed in the past for a separate business. Now, Turkey Run wants to have all the property together.
The recommendation will go onto the Lycoming County Planning Commission for final approval.
Another recommendation the county planning commission will see is land development for Arc Tech Inc.
Both the supervisors and the Muncy Township Planning Commission recommended Arc Tech be allowed to construct an access driveway to be built to subdivision and land development standards.
