A Cogan Station man was injured in a four-wheeler accident at the intersection of Rose Valley and Pleasant Valley roads in Hepburn Township early Sunday morning.
Just before 1 a.m., city police arrived to find Johnathan Livermore, 24, of 3459 Pleasant Valley Road, Cogan Station, laying in the road, several feet from his all-terrain vehicle. Livermore was semi-conscious, according to reports.
Livermore had been traveling south down Rose Valley Road, when he allegedly lost control of the ATV, police said. The vehicle flipped several times and he was ejected, according to police.
Livermore was returning home from a party he had been attending on Rose Valley Road. According to police, both speed and alcohol were contributing factors to the crash.
No updated information about Livermore's condition was available Sunday. Police did not report whether he was taken to a hospital.
