WELLSBORO - Jody L. Foil, of 81 Main St., Apt. 2, was charged by borough police following a domestic incident at his residence.
According to documents filed with District Judge Rob Repard, Foil was charged with simple assault and harassment after an altercation with his girlfriend, Laurie Starks, at their residence on Saturday.
He was issued a summons for an Oct. 9 preliminary hearing.
