Woodrow F. Bartges, 92, a guest at Elmcroft Senior Living and Memory Care Center in Montoursville, passed away on Sept. 13, 2012, at Elmcroft. He was born on May 18, 1920, in Loganton, a son of the late Jacob and Lizzie (Weaver) Bartges.
Mr. Bartges proudly served in the U.S. Army in the Signal Corps, obtaining a T/4 rank.
In 2006, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 31 years, Virginia E. Bartges.
