A second person has been arrested on charges of allegedly attempting to steal items from two parked vehicles in the area of Reynolds Street and Bluebird Alley in South Williamsport on July 17, borough police said.
Colby J. Harris, 20, of 1239 S. Gordner Church Road, Unityville, has been charged with theft from motor vehicles and conspiracy to commit theft, police said. Following his recent arraignment before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, Harris was released on $2,500 bail.
Co-conspirator Mikael Floyd, 20, of 443 E. Second Ave., South Williamsport, was arrested within an hour after the incident.
