MANSFIELD - Five people were charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants recently.
According to documents filed at District Judges James Carlson and Rob Repard's offices, they are:
Kimberly A. McCloskey, 42, of 63 Third St., Apt. 203, Mansfield, charged by Wellsboro police following a traffic stop on East Avenue Aug. 20. She waived her preliminary hearing and was released on $5,000 bail. Her county court arraignment was set for Oct. 8.
Stephen C. Ildefonso, 28, of 39 English Lane, Covington, charged by Blossburg police following a traffic stop on South Williamson Road July 5. He was released on $2,500 bail and waived his Wednesday preliminary hearing. His county court arraignment was set for Oct. 15.
Jeremy A. Collister, 35, of 4798 Ogdensburg Road, Roaring Branch, charged by state police after he crashed his car on Blockhouse Road, Liberty, Aug. 10. He was issued a summons to appear Sept. 26.
Charles A. Webster, 42, of 469 Gulick St., Blossburg, charged by borough police following a traffic stop on Gulick Street Sept. 1. He was issued a summons to appear Oct. 3.
Allen R. Hurt, 24, of Athens, Texas, charged by Mansfield police following a traffic stop on South Main Street, Aug. 11. He was issued a summons to appear Oct. 3.
