Being from Ohio and an Ohio State fan, from my vantage point I believe the sanctions that the NCAA levied against Penn State was way overboard. Yes, you nailed the bad seeds, but you included a lot of innocents, too.
I would love to see some one investigate the NCAA and if one pedophile is on your staff, your pompous organization gets shut down for four years. Don't get me wrong, you (NCAA) have done some good, but before you drop severe recriminations make sure your own house is in order. Can't wait until you get investigated.
