"Arab Spring" gone awry, or another more sinister act in a tired play? You may call me a conspiracy theorist and I don't care. The Obama administration has, in my opinion, cooked up the latest Mideast crisis in a desperate attempt to make the "Commander" look tough right before the election. I'm sure that nobody, at least no Americans, were supposed to get killed, but this series of embassy attacks within 7 weeks of the election smells to high heaven.
President Obama has run out of cache for the killing of Bin Laden. So, our dear president needed something to light a fire under the easily fooled sheep he needs to win in November. What better than to stir up Muslim extremist anger over a film that has been on the Internet since July? Send in a few elite troops, crush some alleged "terror" plots, do some more bragging, and cruise into four more years of intoxicating power. Isn't it a strange "coincidence" that the supposed author of the film was so quickly located in Los Angeles?
This latest blowup got out of hand too quickly, as I'm sure Mr. Obama and his handlers forgot how overly sensitive the Muslim extremists are to any slap at their faith. In his rush to apologize again he has revealed himself to be another emperor without clothes. Let's hope we can put out the fire before it becomes a conflagration, and let's not get fooled again.
